Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Development Manager to join our team at Bridge Personnel Concepts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing market share in assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and expand key accounts to increase business in assigned regions
  • Prepare and submit tender documents and quotations for customer proposals
  • Meet and exceed sales objectives on a monthly basis
  • Provide technical support to customers and develop alternative markets through product modifications and improvements
  • Monitor and control distributor regions as assigned in distributor agreements
  • Utilize business tools such as Catalyst, Highspot, and CRM to improve sales coverage

Requirements:

  • Matric plus a commercial qualification
  • Proven technical sales record
  • Knowledge of mining, transportation, and agriculture industries
  • At least 5 years of sales and business development experience
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Travel may be required
