About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Supervisor to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and overseeing retail sales operations in the China market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage a team of sales agents to ensure effective sales execution
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion
  • Travel domestically and internationally to expand the China market and build relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Proven track record of sales growth and achievement of business objectives
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and Chinese
