Strategic Sales Professional

A Financial Services professional with a Business qualification and RE5, FAIS compliant is sought after for this role. The ideal candidate will be keen on sales and building relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver annual and monthly sales targets in line with company sales strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and business development.
- Liaise with key clients to build valuable sales opportunities and an effective network of contacts in the foreign exchange market.
- Maintain and develop senior level relationships with key FX Partners and introduce advisors for business development.
- Develop and maintain a strong business pipeline for Regional Accounts and expand on activities.
- Generate and close high levels of sales opportunities with clients, identify needs, develop FX relationships, and provide appropriate FX solutions and services.
- Assist with introducing partners and corporate clients from point of enquiry to trade completion, facilitate registration, gather KYC documents, and manage client to point of "trade readiness".
- Matric, regulatory exams (RE), and FAIS compliant.
- Relevant business/legal qualification advantageous.
- Previous sales experience in financial services industry.
- Solid knowledge of FX sales, systems, and processes.
- Target driven and able to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills written and verbal as well as excellent phone manner.
- High levels of motivation and commitment.
- Self-starter, able to take initiative.
- Organized, excellent diary, and time management skills.
The estimated salary for this role is R500,000 - R700,000 per annum, depending on experience.
