Job Description

A Financial Services professional with a Business qualification and RE5, FAIS compliant is sought after for this role. The ideal candidate will be keen on sales and building relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver annual and monthly sales targets in line with company sales strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and business development.
  • Liaise with key clients to build valuable sales opportunities and an effective network of contacts in the foreign exchange market.
  • Maintain and develop senior level relationships with key FX Partners and introduce advisors for business development.
  • Develop and maintain a strong business pipeline for Regional Accounts and expand on activities.
  • Generate and close high levels of sales opportunities with clients, identify needs, develop FX relationships, and provide appropriate FX solutions and services.
  • Assist with introducing partners and corporate clients from point of enquiry to trade completion, facilitate registration, gather KYC documents, and manage client to point of "trade readiness".
Requirements
  • Matric, regulatory exams (RE), and FAIS compliant.
  • Relevant business/legal qualification advantageous.
  • Previous sales experience in financial services industry.
  • Solid knowledge of FX sales, systems, and processes.
  • Target driven and able to work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills written and verbal as well as excellent phone manner.
  • High levels of motivation and commitment.
  • Self-starter, able to take initiative.
  • Organized, excellent diary, and time management skills.
Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is R500,000 - R700,000 per annum, depending on experience.
