About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Strategic Sales and Service Professional. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, customer service, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by identifying and meeting client needs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS THROUGH REGULAR COMMUNICATION AND ENGAGEMENT.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- A relevant qualification or equivalent experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with sales processes, procedures, and metrics.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
We offer a competitive salary package, which includes a base salary of R320,000 per annum, plus performance-based bonuses and benefits.
