We are seeking a talented Financial Services professional with a Business background and RE5, FAIS compliance to join our team as a Strategic Sales Professional.

Responsibilities:

  • Elevate annual and monthly sales targets in line with our company's sales strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and business development through effective client engagement
  • Maintain and develop senior-level relationships with key clients, identifying valuable sales opportunities and expanding the network of contacts in the foreign exchange market
  • Develop and maintain a robust business pipeline for Regional Accounts and expand activities, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships
  • Generate and close high-level sales opportunities with clients, identify needs, develop FX relationships, and provide tailored FX solutions and services
  • Liaise with Introducing Partners and Corporate Clients from initial enquiry to trade completion, facilitating registration, gathering KYC documents, and managing clients to 'trade readiness'

Requirements:

  • Matric certification, regulatory exams (RE), and FAIS compliance
  • Relevant business/legal qualification advantageous
  • Prior sales experience in the financial services industry
  • Profound knowledge of FX sales systems and processes
  • Target-driven and capable of working under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with exceptional phone manner
  • High motivation and commitment levels
  • A self-starter with the ability to take initiative
  • Organized with excellent diary and time management skills

The ideal candidate will be rewarded with an estimated salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
