Job Title: Sales Representative – Security Products

Description: We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team at Professional Resources Partners Pty Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets within the allocated client base, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic sales plans to meet company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving sales, revenues and GP targets within the allocated client base
  • Identify and develop new clients deemed to meet company objectives
  • Visit, e-mail, and telephone calls to clients as per calling structures
  • Provide regular feedback and reports as defined by relevant ISO procedures and by the Sales Manager
  • Participate in the presentation of potential solutions to clients and negotiate Service Level Agreements
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans in the allocated client base or area
  • Review market analysis to determine customer needs and recommend price schedules and discount rates
  • Deliver sales presentations to clients and display or demonstrate product features
  • Regularly contact clients to assist with sales quotes, literature, technical support, and marketing material
  • Monitor and evaluate competition activities and products

Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate
  • Minimum of five years' experience in Security Products Sales
  • Current valid driver's licence
  • Road worthy and licensed motor vehicle
  • Must be computer literate
  • Sales related qualification and/or training will be an advantage
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Strong CCTV, Access Control, Fire, PA, Networking, and Integration Experience
  • Proven Sales Track history
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Basic reasoning ability
