About the Role
Scholtz Partners International (Pty) Ltd is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join their team. As an Earthmoving Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability in the construction equipment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and leadership to internal and external customers.
- Meet or exceed regionally-set revenue and profitability targets through strategic sales planning and execution.
- Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet business objectives and drive sales performance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience selling earthmoving equipment.
- In-depth knowledge of Kalmar equipment and other heavy machinery.
- Strong computer and administrative skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary Estimate
R30,000 - R35,000 per month plus commission. The actual salary may vary based on location and performance.
