Job Title: German Customer Service Representative WFH

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated German Customer Service Representative to join our team on a seasonal contract basis. As a German Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that all customer queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer service to clients via phone, email, and social media
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
Requirements:
  • Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center environment
