Sales and Business Growth Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join West Coast Personnel as a Sales and Business Growth Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in liaising with customers at Head Office level and coordinating national sales activities to drive growth and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for customers at Head Office level, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering strong relationships.
- Sales Coordination: Oversee and manage national sales activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives and strategies.
- Transport Management: Utilize personal transport to attend meetings, site visits, and other sales-related activities as required.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to senior management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to support overall business goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Experience: Proven experience in a senior sales coordination role, preferably within the hardware or adhesive industry.
- Transport: Must have own reliable transport.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Education: Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in a related field.
We offer a competitive salary of R350,000 - R450,000 per annum, depending on experience, opportunities for professional development and career advancement, and a supportive and collaborative work environment.
