Customer Success Business Developer

Salary: This role offers a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, plus benefits, commission, a company car, and company petrol.
Job Description: As a Customer Success Business Developer, you will be responsible for selling our range of products to existing and new customers. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion into new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calling on customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Developing new business opportunities through cold calling and establishing relationships with key decision-makers
- Liaising with clients and factory regarding order requirements to ensure seamless delivery
- Providing excellent product knowledge and communication skills to build strong customer relationships
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a Grade 12 or equivalent qualification and an appropriate Sales/Marketing diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in a technical sales or close cell foam environment is highly desirable.
