Job Title: Sales Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Profile Personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining existing business and customer relationships on specific accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain existing business and customer relationships on specific accounts
- Increase customer spend by selling across the range
- Conduct process evaluations and introduce improvements and latest technology
- Prospecting and new business development
- Manage customer engagement, utilizing the SPI / Xsellorate sales system
- Meet with the line manager every Friday or as scheduled for progress updates and or strategy change or focus
- Manage product pricing
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years sales / selling experience within the industrial sector
- Valid drivers license and reliable transport
- Sales and or marketing qualifications
Skills:
- Syspro System / ERP or similar required
- Proficient in MS office package
- Human relations expertise
- Sales skills, must include CRM or sales process experience
- Prospecting/ business development experience
- Knowledge of the occupational health and safety act
