We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Business Development Manager to join our team at CTU Career Chatz.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to build strong relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the growth of our organization.
Responsibilities:- To develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue increase.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
- To research and identify new business opportunities, making recommendations to senior management on potential partnerships and collaborations.
- To work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that reach our desired audience and drive conversions.
- To analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
- To collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development, with a strong understanding of customer dynamics and market requirements.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and influence purchasing decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
- A competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
