We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Business Development Manager to join our team at CTU Career Chatz.

About the Role:

Responsibilities:
  • To develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue increase.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
  • To research and identify new business opportunities, making recommendations to senior management on potential partnerships and collaborations.
  • To work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that reach our desired audience and drive conversions.
  • To analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development, with a strong understanding of customer dynamics and market requirements.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and influence purchasing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks accordingly.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
