Sales Growth Director

This senior sales leadership role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and enhancing customer relationships. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management and be able to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
Main Responsibilities- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets, expand market share, and enhance customer relationships.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse sales force to maximize product/service penetration, extend the existing customer base, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Performance Management: Ensure regular assessment of sales performance, provide coaching and training to improve sales skills, and address any performance gaps.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Revenue growth
- Gross Profit margin
- Customer satisfaction ratings
- Education: Matric or equivalent qualification; BCom/Business Science, BA Business Management, or equivalent degree.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a sales management role.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Proven track record of sales success.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
