Job Overview

This senior sales leadership role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and enhancing customer relationships. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management and be able to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets, expand market share, and enhance customer relationships.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse sales force to maximize product/service penetration, extend the existing customer base, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Performance Management: Ensure regular assessment of sales performance, provide coaching and training to improve sales skills, and address any performance gaps.

  • Revenue growth
  • Gross Profit margin
  • Customer satisfaction ratings
Requirements
  • Education: Matric or equivalent qualification; BCom/Business Science, BA Business Management, or equivalent degree.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a sales management role.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Proven track record of sales success.
    • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    • Able to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
