Sales Performance Analyst

Edge Growth is seeking a skilled Sales Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a vital role in driving growth by supporting lead generation and conversion processes, contributing to sales modeling, and enhancing business development efforts.
Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends, reviewing customer data, and compiling reports to uncover sales opportunities. You will also help establish and maintain organizational data standards, ensure a common vocabulary, and develop standardized reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proposal Development Support (30%): Translate client needs into proposal wireframes, develop complete proposal drafts, coordinate proposal development rhythms, maintain proposal tracking systems.
- BU Operational Support (25%): Maintain calendars and agendas for BU rhythms, prepare reports and maintain systems (e.g., Monday.com), support Growth CE and BDM with advisory projects.
- Research (15%): Manage market intelligence database, report developments for potential sales opportunities.
- Content/Collateral Management (15%): Update proposal content repository, collaborate with BUs to ensure relevant offerings.
- Client Management (10%): Support preparation for client meetings, maintain and share client dossiers.
- Adhoc (5%): Provide support as needed to the Growth CE and BDM.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Degree in Commerce or Engineering (analytical and problem-solving skills).
- Relevant postgraduate qualification (advantageous).
