New Vehicle Sales Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales department and drive sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee sales and marketing operations for new and pre-owned vehicle departments.
- Set and achieve monthly sales targets for the team.
- Motivate, train, and manage the performance of sales staff.
- Evaluate trade-ins and determine vehicle pricing.
- Liaise with head office on sales performance and marketing strategies.
- Oversee advertising efforts to promote vehicle inventory.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Vehicle Sales Manager, handling new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and ensuring profitability.
- Previous experience working in a corporate-branded dealership.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clear criminal record.
- Grade 12 or equivalent; tertiary education is advantageous.
- Experience with Audi and Volkswagen brands is essential.
