Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and driven graduate for the position of RX Representative. This role provides an excellent entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate with a passion for pharmacology and sales.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling prescription medications to healthcare professionals, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with doctors and pharmacists, and driving sales within an assigned territory.
Main Responsibilities- Promote and sell prescription medications to doctors, specialists, and pharmacists.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Educate HCPs on product benefits, indications, and proper usage.
- Achieve sales targets and grow market share in the assigned territory.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs.
- Organize and participate in medical workshops, conferences, and promotional events.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and ethical sales practices.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Travel to meet clients and attend industry events as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Sciences, Pharmacy (BPharm), Biology, or a related field.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Must reside in the area where applying.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transport are required due to the nature of the role.
- Willingness to commit to a three-year work-back agreement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Passion for pharmacology, medical sales, and healthcare advancements.
- Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and meet sales goals.
- High level of professionalism, ethics, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and presentations.
