Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary
The Administrative Support Specialist will provide administrative support to the Human Resources Administration Branch, ensuring the smooth functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customer needs in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems for personnel files, terminations, and other relevant documents.
- Sort, stamp, and distribute system-generated leave balance letters efficiently.
- Manage the removal and return of files, arranging for archiving as required.
- Distribute pay slips and circulars accurately.
- Prepare all requisitions and related assignments.
- Drive and transport staff for interviews as needed.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent qualification with a certificate in administration, office management, public management, business administration, or human resource management.
- A minimum of two years' relevant experience in an administrative role.
