Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Marketing and Administration Coordinator to join our team at The Legends Agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to client and broker emails, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Manage electronic filing of job-related emails using our CRM system.
  • Make and take client and broker calls to resolve queries and provide updates.
  • Chase clients for updates and ensure smooth job handovers to valuers.
  • Add new accounts and contacts to our system, and track emails to opportunities.
  • Generate quotes and orders, and assist with initial email responses.
  • Prepare basic proposals and job-related emails.
  • Collate correspondence as part of job handovers to valuers.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a marketing/admin role, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Confident, approachable, and can-do attitude, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Team player with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
