About the Role:

This is a junior administrator position that sits within the marketing and sales side of the company. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will provide support to the marketing team with administration functions, including creating new client records, adding new projects, monitoring and responding to incoming emails, electronic filing of job-related emails, making and taking telephone calls, contacting clients for information, arranging site visits, and creating job folders on SharePoint.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create new client records and add new projects on SharePoint
  • Monitor and respond to incoming emails and electronic filing of job-related emails
  • Making and taking telephone calls with clients and brokers
  • Contact clients for information and arrange site visits
  • Create job folders on SharePoint including previous reports where applicable

Requirements:

  • A confident, approachable, and can-do attitude
  • A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills
  • An attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Outlook, etc.)
