Overview

The Senior HR Manager will provide strategic support to the leadership team in relation to the HR Transformation journey in WECA. This includes the integration of all People Processes across functions and geographies, establishing HR Capabilities, and coaching the HR Team.


The HR Manager will provide leadership and subject-matter expertise to drive performance improvements and successful outcomes of personnel challenges. They will be a key resource for internal team members regarding performance development and career growth, collaborating with HR CoEs to cultivate a thriving environment.


Responsibilities
  • Leads organizational development initiatives, change management, projects, and organization effectiveness.
  • Establishes and builds all HR Capabilities systems, processes, and coaches the WECA HR Team.
  • Drives and collates HR Metrics, providing insights to drive business decisions.
  • Activates culture engagement programs and celebrations by partnering with LT and country HR teams.
  • Conducts regular in-market audits to ensure sound governance and GCS compliance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Drives day-to-day HR support for Corporate Office employees across WECA.
  • Understands team culture and proactively develops it, working with stakeholders.
  • BUILDs strong relationships within Bottler and Distributor HR communities, diagnosing capability gaps and providing SME advice.
  • Identifies market opportunities to partner and build African talent.
  • Leads HR transformation capability projects within bottlers to develop African Talent.
  • Monitors program effectiveness, taking action to meet objectives and key goals.
  • Ensures Line Management development programs, including Bottlers and distributors as per business agreements.
  • Engages and communicates with key stakeholders on organizational change, supporting in dealing with uncertainty and ambiguity.
  • Builds strong trusting relationships and communication channels within the business and HR community.
  • Contributes to managing PPP at the market level and submits inputs to execute outcomes.
  • Leads and supports key HR transformation projects across WECA.
  • Monitors and tracks Global Survey Administration, handles internal escalations, and coordinates all reward and recognition programs for WECA.

Qualifications
  • Related Tertiary Qualification.
  • Proven and credible HR business partnering experience at senior business leader levels.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices.
  • Experienced in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal influencing skills.
  • Agile, inquisitive approach focused on continuous improvement.
  • Experience working across African geographies and cultures.
  • Proven change Management Experience.
