    • Letters to franchisees on brand-related issues
    • Relay brand-related and franchise information on Owners WhatsApp group
  • Brochures, Marketing, and Events
    • Process memos for supplier billing related to participation in brochures
    • Process and log franchise-related marketing claims and advertising
  • Franchise Policies and Procedures
    • Maintain franchise policies with National Franchise Manager
