As a Sales Manager at Ananzi, you will drive our revenue growth by leading and executing our sales strategies. Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets.
  • Team Management: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure effective lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
  • Client Development: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities and verticals to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key sales metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
  • Process Improvement: Refine sales workflows, tools, and strategies to enhance team efficiency and success.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

You Will Thrive Here If:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role (outsourcing or B2B experience preferred).
  • You have a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive consistent revenue growth.
  • You have a strong track record of managing and developing successful sales teams.
  • You are proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement software.
  • You are a data-driven decision-maker with excellent analytical skills.
