Job Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at GAP Consulting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide solutions to clients and drive revenue growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in New Business Sales, preferably in the Courier Logistics Industry
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets and growing client relationships
  • Ability to interact and negotiate at Senior Executive Level
  • Strong calculation, report writing, and presentation skills
  • Strong customer interaction and relationship-building skills
  • Grade 12 Qualification required
  • Valid Driver's License with own transport essential
