- Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, improve response times, and increase efficiency.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior customer experience management role.
- Certifications: Certifications in customer experience management, data analysis, or project management are highly beneficial.
