We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team at Unique Personnel Ltd. This role is ideal for individuals who are beginning their sales career and want to excel in a fast-paced environment.
The primary responsibility of this position is to drive awareness of our products with leaders who work at emerging restaurant brands. We will provide training on the latest sales techniques to help you engage and build relationships with executives across different brands.
Key responsibilities include:
- Consulting with restaurant leaders to identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement
- Generating interest in our products that can help restaurant leaders solve identified problems
- Attending industry events and qualifying inbound and outbound leads
- Scheduling meetings for Account Executives via cold calling and emailing
We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work cross-functionally across teams. A bachelor's degree and 0-12 months experience in outbound sales and cold calling are preferred.
Our company offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
