Key Responsibilities:- Deliver Exceptional Guest Service: Consistently offer friendly and engaging service to ensure a positive experience for our guests.
- Maximize Revenue: Ensure the best selection for the guest and maximize revenue through up-selling.
- Flawless Check-In and Check-Out: Update reservations to ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Respond to Guest Inquiries: Answer telephone and email inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide Hotel Information: Assist guests with hotel facilities and provide information in an informative and helpful way.
- Take Ownership of Guest Requests: Take ownership of guest requests and ensure follow-up according to our hotel standards.
- Follow Department Policies: Follow department policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Recommend Hotel Facilities: Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests.
- Manage Room Reservations: Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system.
- Computer Literacy: Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required.
- Teamwork: Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Guest Focus: Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
- Guest Focused Personality: Guest focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
- System Experience: Preferably prior experience working with Opera or a related system.
- Interpersonal and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
