Audiology Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Audiologist to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and remote care to our customers in the US.
Job PurposeThe successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, troubleshoot issues with hearing aids, and make suggested changes and tweaks to the settings and functioning of the devices. They will also assist customers remotely via video and voice calls, texts, emails, and messenger services.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality support and remote care to customers in the US
- Troubleshoot issues with hearing aids and make suggested changes and tweaks to the settings and functioning
- Assist customers remotely via video and voice calls, texts, emails, and messenger services
- Work within a digital environment and use customer management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Pathology in Audiology or Hearing Aid Acoustician Foundation
- 1-2 years of experience in fitting hearing aids, troubleshooting hearing aid-related issues, and customer relations
- Excellent English skills with a neutral accent and excellent communication ability
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
