This role focuses on achieving sales targets within a designated territory, fostering strong relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth for Huawei EBG.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Foster and maintain relationships with all stakeholders in assigned customer territories.
- Develop and execute business plans with partners to drive sales activities and incremental revenue.
- Recruit new business partners in the territory as needed to meet sales targets.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets set by the business.
**Marketing Strategy:**
- Forecast marketing plan and activities for business partners to drive demand generation.
- Plan and prepare specific demand generation activities per quarter based on increasing business engagements.
**Enablement and Administration:**
- Attain required vendor product sales certifications.
- Conduct enablement sessions with customers together with brand and product managers.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and notes on opportunities in the CRM system.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Knowledge of relevant brand products and processes.
- Previous IT solutions sales and business development experience.
- Sound knowledge of enterprise solutions in the IT distribution industry.
- Valid driver's license and own transportation.
**Additional Skills:**
- Strong self-motivation and empowerment skills.
