About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager: Consumer Banking to join our team at Access Bank Plc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the portfolio of retail banking clients, driving customer satisfaction and retention, and contributing to the division's growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Portfolio Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with individual clients, understanding their financial needs and offering tailored banking solutions.
  • Sales and Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to expand the client portfolio, achieving individual sales targets and contributing to the division's growth and profitability.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide expert advice on the bank's full range of consumer banking products, including savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment options.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in consumer banking, retail banking, or financial services, with a proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving sales targets.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of consumer banking products and services, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
