Job Description

The Relationship Manager: Consumer Banking role at Access Bank Plc is a key position that requires an experienced professional to manage and grow the portfolio of retail banking clients, drive customer satisfaction and retention, and contribute to the division's growth and profitability.

Main Accountabilities
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients, understanding their financial needs and offering tailored banking solutions.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the division's growth and profitability through cross-selling and upselling consumer banking products.
  • Product Knowledge and Advisory: Provide expert advice on the bank's full range of consumer banking products, including savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment options.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in consumer banking, retail banking, or financial services, with a proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving sales targets.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of consumer banking products and services, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
