Job Summary

The Relationship Manager: Consumer Banking role at Access Bank Plc is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced professional to excel in building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving customer satisfaction and growth within the consumer banking segment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for individual clients, providing personalized banking services and understanding their financial needs.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand the client portfolio through cross-selling and upselling consumer banking products, achieving individual sales targets and contributing to the division's growth and profitability.
  • Product Knowledge and Advisory: Provide expert advice on the bank's range of consumer banking products, including savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment options.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in consumer banking, retail banking, or financial services, with a proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving sales targets.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of consumer banking products and services, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
