We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team at Somewhere. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, onboarding new clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective solutions to client issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Onboarding: Assist clients with the manual onboarding process, thoroughly understanding and guiding them through each step.
  • Sales: Qualify potential customers, conduct product demos, and engage in follow-up activities to drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
  • High proficiency in both written and verbal English.
  • Proper business English writing skills.
  • Demonstrates talent and proficiency in industry-specific terminology.
  • Experience in real estate is a plus.
