Job Title: Sales Manager B2B, B2C and ECommerce

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at The Recruiters. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience selling in both B2B and B2C environments.
  • In-depth understanding of online marketplaces and e-commerce sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven and analytical with a strong understanding of sales metrics.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Experience selling Clothing & Accessories to corporate & promotional companies and or Large Retailers (Highly advantageous)
