Strategic Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our B2B and E-commerce sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and developing high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience selling in both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Data-driven and analytical with a strong understanding of sales metrics.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
