Requirements:
- Commercial Experience: Minimum of 10 years of sales/commercial experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Sales Network: Excellent sales network and reputation, with knowledge of regional key accounts.
- Business Acumen: Strong commercial awareness, analytical thinking, and strategic mindset to drive business growth.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and drive business results.
- Business Qualification: Relevant business qualification (BSc/BA/MSc/MA) or equivalent work experience.
- Adaptability: Proactive, customer-focused, and adaptable to changing tasks and working hours.
