Job Description
    As a valued member of the Coledesk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences. Your primary goal is to resolve customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
    Responsibilities:
      • Respond to customer inquiries via various communication channels, including email and chat, with a high level of empathy and understanding.
      • Document all interactions, including resolutions and follow-up tasks, to ensure seamless customer support.
      • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or person, following established guidelines.
      • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and personalized support.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
    Requirements:
      To succeed in this role, you must possess:
      • A high school diploma or equivalent.
      • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in an inbound and outbound call environment.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
    Compensation:
    This position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
