Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Operations Specialist to join our team at TEEKOM SA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Management: Receive and process incoming orders in a timely manner, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately captured and recorded.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels, providing prompt and effective resolutions to any issues or concerns.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with production and dispatch teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, including coordinating delivery dates and production plans.
  • Quality Control: Verify that all orders meet quality standards and customer specifications before being dispatched.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather customer feedback and use it to identify areas for improvement, making recommendations for process enhancements and new initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
