About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team at Wyzetalk. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, nurturing relationships, and managing a portfolio of prospects and partners.

In this role, you will work closely with potential customers to deeply understand their challenges and showcase how our platform can be the solution they need. You will also build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, buyers, and influencers in target accounts, serving as a trusted partner in conversations.

Key Requirements
  • B2B Sales Expertise: 3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology, SaaS, or enterprise software space.
  • Ability to uncover business challenges, position solutions, and develop deep relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated success in navigating complex sales cycles, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with large or enterprise clients.
  • Familiarity with managing reseller or referral partners, including providing support, training, and relationship-building is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage with C-suite and other senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic & Pragmatic Thinking: You are outcome-driven, with a focus on getting results. Your approach is thoughtful and adaptive, balancing customer needs with business objectives.
  • Organized & Effective: You have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, leads, and tasks efficiently while keeping an eye on achieving sales goals.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable navigating and selling technology-driven solutions, and effectively communicate the value of our platform.
