Strategic Enterprise Sales Leader

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Director: Africa. This is a key leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in enterprise sales, SaaS, and platform-based business models.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets. This involves identifying new business opportunities across financial services businesses, working closely with internal teams to ensure delivery of sales goals, and articulating how our platform addresses client challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across financial services businesses
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure delivery of sales goals and company objectives
- Understand customer pain points and articulate how our platform addresses business challenges
- Lead contract negotiations and deal structuring to close high-value agreements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients
