Enterprise Sales Specialist

About This RoleWe are seeking an experienced Account Growth Manager to join our Sales Team South Africa. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and growing all aspects of sales into a list of accounts within your territory. You will need to demonstrate sales leadership skills, and ability to grow revenue contribution on a quarter-by-quarter basis while building a pipeline of opportunity for the coming year.
- Exceed measurable sales objectives and extend the Arista brand within the select enterprise and commercial accounts.
- Utilize a consultative selling approach with key client stakeholders to address business needs of hybrid cloud computing and siloed legacy IT systems across the Arista product portfolio.
- Generate new opportunities and sales presentations.
This role requires a self-starter who can articulate the value proposition at an initial exploratory level meeting and engage at all levels with any end-user. Familiarity with current industry trends and speaking with authority regarding the role of Virtualisation, SDN / Cloud is essential.
Key Qualifications- At least 5 years of experience in a similar vendor role selling networking technology into Enterprise and Commercial customers.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas against targets.
- Ability to build a direct customer base and develop credible relationships with Arista VAR's and channel partners.
