Hotel Front Office Attendant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front Office Attendant to join our team at A-Z Business Professionals in Polokwane. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of recent experience with the Opera system, as well as excellent administration skills and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct telephone calls in a polite and friendly manner
  • Assist with guest queries and complaints in a professional and efficient way
  • Make reservations and adjustments to reservations as needed
  • Process payments and compile invoices for guests
  • Daily reporting and handovers to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in a hotel reception environment
  • Grade 12 qualification and computer literacy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to think on their feet and handle pressure
