Job Summary:
AZ Business Professionals is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and care.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in hotel reception and administration, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of the front office operation, including check-in and check-out, guest services, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
  • Handle guest queries and complaints
  • Make reservations and process payments
  • Compile invoices and perform daily reporting
  • Conduct guest check-ins and check-outs

Requirements:
* 3 years of experience in a hotel reception environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively under pressure
* Grade 12 qualification and basic computer literacy

Estimated Salary: R170,000 - R220,000 per annum
