Front Office Administrator

AZ Business Professionals is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we are seeking a talented Front Office Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and care.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships with our guests. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of the front office operation, including check-in and check-out, guest services, and administrative tasks.
We are looking for someone with a warm and welcoming demeanor, who is able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding service and are confident in your ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
- Handle guest queries and complaints
- Make reservations and process payments
- Compile invoices and perform daily reporting
- Conduct guest check-ins and check-outs
Requirements:
* 3 years of experience in a hotel reception environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively under pressure
* Grade 12 qualification and basic computer literacy
Estimated Salary: R160,000 - R200,000 per annum
