A-Z Business Professionals is seeking a dedicated and skilled Hotel Front Office Attendant to join our team in Polokwane. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our hotel.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries, and processing payments with accuracy and efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities- Answer and direct telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist guests with queries and resolve any complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Make reservations, adjustments to reservations, and process payments with precision.
- Compile invoices and maintain accurate records of guest stays.
- Conduct daily reporting and handovers to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- 3 years of experience in a hotel reception or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong administration and organizational skills.
- Grade 12 certification and proficiency in computer applications.
- Recent Opera System experience for a minimum of 1 year.
R120,000 - R150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
