Job Description:
AZ Business Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Front Office Attendant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience in hotel reception and administration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest queries and complaints, and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct telephone calls
  • Assist with guest queries and complaints
  • Make reservations and process payments
  • Compile invoices and perform daily reporting
  • Conduct guest check-ins and check-outs

Requirements:
* 3 years of experience in a hotel reception environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively under pressure
* Grade 12 qualification and basic computer literacy

Estimated Salary: R150,000 - R180,000 per annum
