Key Responsibilities:
  1. Validate and evaluate claims in accordance with policy wording and requirements.
  2. Support all involved stakeholders with regard to claim queries.
  3. Ensure all interactions and developments are well documented on company in-house systems.

Requirements:
  • Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Short Term Insurance, Long Term Insurance or Retail Insurance an advantage.
  • At least 2 - 4 years' work experience as a Life Assessor required.
