MPC Recruitment is seeking a Claims Assessor who will be based in Durban. The purpose of the role is to validate, evaluate and make assessment decisions for CPP (Life) Claims.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a medical qualification and at least 2-4 years' experience as a Life Assessor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Claims Processing: Ensure all required supporting documentation is obtained to comprehensively assess claims.
  • Administrative Duties: Support stakeholders with claim queries and ensure interactions are well documented.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service to policy holders and business partners.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum qualification of NQF 4 and relevant work experience.
