Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify new target markets and opportunities for business growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Pursue leads and move them through the sales cycle
- Develop quotes and proposals for prospective clients
Requirements
- Matric certificate
- 4 to 5 years of experience in the property industry
- Previous experience in a business development or sales executive role
- Accounting experience, background, or knowledge is highly negotiable
- Property management or portfolio experience is an advantage
- Sales and marketing administration, research, and customer support
- Own reliable transport
