Job DescriptionThe Sales Operations General Manager will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and management of the sales support call centre.
This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business strategy and drive sales growth through strategic planning, process improvement, and analysis of sales data.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, with experience in insurance and project management.
