Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team at Guardian Recruiting (Pty) Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional patient care and ensure a positive experience for all visitors to our medical practice.
- Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling patient inquiries.
- Process patient payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, preparing patient files, and communicating with doctors and staff.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and other external parties as required.
- Proven experience in a medical office or similar environment.
- Strong IT skills and experience with medical software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field an asset.
